We realize that financial concerns are a major consideration for our patients and we have multiple options available to make dentistry more affordable. Insurance 

At Park Plaza Dental, we will do our best to help our patients maximize their benefits according to individual needs. We will do our best to assist you with processing your insurance claims. As a courtesy to our patients we will complete the necessary claim forms and send them to your insurance company, when you come for a visit.The patient pays the estimated portions the insurance company will not pay, we will wait a reasonable amount of time for payment from your insurance company and if for any reason a procedure is denied we will resubmit. However, once all final payments have been received by your insurance and if your insurance does not cover a procedure the patient is responsible for the difference and any outstanding balance.
